2. Services Provided

Azzurra City Tours provides fixed-wing air tours of New York City. All flights are subject to weather, air traffic control, and safety considerations.

3. Booking & Payments

• Full payment is required at booking.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• No-shows or cancellations are absolutely non-refundable.

4. Passenger Requirements

• Valid government-issued ID is required.
• Weight and seating restrictions may apply for safety reasons.
• Passengers must comply with FAA regulations and pilot instructions.

5. Flight Changes & Cancellations

• Azzurra City Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel flights due to weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of cancellation by us, customers may reschedule at no additional charge.
• Azzurra City Tours has a 100% no refund policy.

6. Liability Waiver

• All passengers must sign a waiver before boarding.
• Azzurra City Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during flights.

7. Conduct Policy

• Disruptive behavior may result in denied service without a refund.
• Alcohol or drug use before or during the flight is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

• All website content, logos, and materials are owned by Azzurra City Tours and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, New Jersey, and applicable FAA regulations.
